The prints were not particularly good at describing how these parts went together. I had to go to the wing assembly and look at the actual wings to understand the orientation of the parts. They have flush rivets set up illogically to me, but I verified the print details. I don't see that they have to be built as flush at all, so I went ahead and built the hinges per print.
I did the normal prep work: drilling to size, scotchbrite sanding, deburring and counter-sinking the rivet holes
