I continued hooking up temporary power wires to the avionics panel.
I previously had built the field of grounds. I mounted it and the fuse panel to a scrap piece of plywood. I made power cables and plugs to plug into the main harness.
I started systematic testing of the EFIS. With a couple of emails to GRT, I got the inter-display link working.
I added power to the autopilot and configured it.
I received the COAX stripper I was waiting for only to find that it is the wrong size. I am sending it back. A new style is arriving tomorrow. I am up to a $90 stripper I will use about 20 times.
Great day. Tomorrow afternoon, when I have the stripper, I can make antenna cables to provide the necessary load for the various radios. I can then install them and configure them.
I am finding omissions with this process. It looks like the NavWorx ADS-B is not connected to the GRTs. I have an email out to find out how to interface. I think I missed the window for today, though.
