I spent the afternoon installing nut-plates to allow the tray to be removed. I am missing a few tools - like dimplers and counter-sinks. I had to improvise.
I have not attached the front-panel to the rear frame - I need to have it painted before I go much further. I can do the wiring now and then remove the trays when the panel gets back and do the final rivetting.
I am very happy with the rigidity of the AHRS tray.
