I decided to re-route some of the cable systems to separate the high power source like transponder and the Auto Pilot Servos from the analog signals. The head sets and mics, position sensors our now separated from the higher current runs.
I also twisted the magnetometer wires into cables 20' long. Pulling the first one as really a bear. I tried everything - including cable lubricant. It took 30 minutes or so to get it routed from the instrument area back through the spar. I dreaded doing the second one - the hole was much smaller. I took a break for dinner. For this one, I tried using a much smaller feed wire. It was the same size as the 6 wire magnetometer cable. Again, I used lubrication. This one took all of three minutes to route.
