I had decided yesterday to re-mount the parking brake controller. It needed to move down 1/4" to allow the baggage floor to mount properly.
This was mostly a nuisance project - needed to be done, but it didn't feel like a lot of progress.
The picture shows the system mounted a bit more sturdilly and the needed 1/4" lower. I moved the mounting plate aft to minimize the interference with the baggage floor.
I also reversed the direction of the bolts holding the brake line Adel clamps. AC43 says bolts should point aft or down whereever possible.
