Brief Description: Prop Governor

I had another aborted attempt at the prop governor. I had assumed that it mounted to the engine studs. Wrong... The bracket mounts to the governor itself. So, I ended up scrapping the part and ordering yet another from Van's I think I finally have it figured out... But I have said that before. It seems that I am having trouble getting restarted, especially now that I am working "Off Plans" - inventing as I go (more later on that)
