I remembered to break the leading edge of the upper skin to get a smooth joint. I tried the metal-to-metal roller break. It seems to stretch the skin a little, causing puckering. The "show roller" break works a lot better - easier to use and doesn't cause the stretching. And, I can do a little at a time and come back and add more bend.
The leading edge came out great.
I started to add the hinge assembly, but decided that I need more research on how to install the pivot joints. I recall reading somewhere that the ball joints can be damaged. And, if I join the pieces together, they will be harder to handle. I think this is best left for later in assembly.
