Marked the AEX wedge and clamped in place to match-drill the #40 holes. Drilled the holes into the table top and inserted clecoes to hold the parts in place as I drilled each hole. I started by drilling about every 10th hole and then moved to the hole centered between them and so on until all the holes had been drilled. Deburred the holes in the top and bottom skins.
