Back-riveted the skin stiffeners to the bottom skin. Riveted the counter balance assembly to the spar. Had to drill out one of the rivets about six times before I got it installed to my satisfaction. The hole was a little loose so I pre-squeesed the rivet a little so it would fit snug into the hole, which helped keep it from bending over crooked. Riveted the bottom skin to the spar with the blind CS4-4 pop rivets. Riveted the E-921 gusset to the inboard rib and the trim spar. Finisned riveting both end ribs and riveted the bottom skin to the trim spar. The left Elevator is now ready to have the trailing edge completed.
