Brief Description: Left Elevator Spar Prep

Riveted the hinge reinforcement plates and nutplates to the spar. Riveted the inboard rib to the spar. Clecoed the spar assembly to the skin and clecoed the Elevator horn bracket to the spar assembly so it can be match-drilled and then riveted.
