Brief Description: Elevator Stiffeners & Counter Balance Arms
Worked various amounts of time over the last 4 days to complete deburring, fluting, match-drilling, scuffing and dimpling the stiffeners for both elevators. Also deburred the stiffener holes and scuffed the inside of the Elevator skins but have not dimpled the stiffener holes in the skins yet. Will need an extra set of hands due to the awkwardness of working with the prebent skins. Started working on the right Elevator counter balance arm assembly. Fluted the parts to straighten them. Clecoed them together along with the skin and match-drilled the #40 and #30 holes. Began the process of deburring the edges and holes.
