Brief Description: Riveting Rudder Bottom Spar to Skin
Clecoed on the bottom attach strips to the lower rib and completed all the rivets attaching the skin to the lower rib and the bottom attach strips. There are 3 aft rivets on each side that are left to finish. Again, I will have to use a very narrow bucking bar or use the MK-319-BS blind rivets. I also used the optional CS4-4 blind rivets to rivet the skin, lower rib and the R-710 horn brace. I inserted the Rudder trailing edge and clecoed on the aluminum channel brace to check the overall fit before cleaning the parts and applying the fuel tank sealant. It all seems to fit nicely.
