Riveted the counter-balance rib to the spar. Riveted the counter-balance skin to the R-912 rib and attached the lead counter balance weight. Clecoed both skins onto the Rudder skeleton assembly and started riveting the nine rivets on each side that rivet the Rudder skins, counter-balance skin and the spar together. This is a little tedious due to the small working space in which to hold the bucking bar. I was pleased to complete this section. Next I riveted the R-903 tip rib to the top of the spar, set the clecoes and completed riveting the tip rib except for the most aft 3 rivets. I will have to find a very thin bucking bar to complete these or use the optional MK-319-BS blind rivets.
