Trimmed the R-710 horn brace corners off, deburred and clecoed into position on the rudder skeleton. Match-drilled the #30 holes attaching the rudder to the skeleton. Cut the R-918 bottom attach strips, deburred, fastened them into position and match-drilled them to the bottom rib and skin. Match-drilled all the #40 holes attaching the skin to the skeleton. Drilled the R-710 rudder brace holes to #30 where they intersect with the bottom rib and the skin as I am planning to use LP4-3 pop rivets. Also drilled the skin to R-909 tip holes to #30 so I can dimple the aft three holes before assembly as called out in the plans.
