Pulled the protective plastic from the inside of both rudder skins. Check which side is the inside carefully as I pulled the wrong side on the right skin and now the protective plastic is gone from the outside of the right skin. Cut the individual stiffeners from the angle strips. Layed the stiffeners out on each skin and marked them as to location and side before cutting to size. Cut to size, smoothed the edges on my belt/disk sander and rounded and smoothed the corners using the 6" 3M wheel. Next I fluted and fit each stiffener so it would lay flat and so the pre punched holes aligned with the pre punched holes in the skin. Then clecoed the first two stiffeners to the skin.
