Clamped the two brackets together to drill the top-center alignment hole so they will be in precisely the same position on each bracket. Drilled pilot holes and then drilled the holes to #30. Finished deburing and polishing the brackets. The two lower holes are "drilled in assembly" so have only marked their eventual location.
