Cut and shaped the lead counter weights to fit into the Elevator counter balance arms. Luckily I figured out the left counter weight set requires leaving the inboard weight full size to offset the weight of the trim tab components (see picture #2). I also fit them to the counter balance arms and will permanently fasten them once the fiberglass tips are fitted and ready to be riveted onto the Elevators.
