Marked the line on the AEX wedge to center in the holes before drilling. Weighted the Elevator down flat on the table - tire chains and cat food :-) Used clamps to hold the wedge in place while drilling the holes. Drilled about every 5th hole right into the table top and inserted a cleco to hold everything in place while I finished drilling the remaining holes. Drilled the #30 holes in the stiffeners that close out the Elevator outboard of the trim tab. Deburred and dimpled the top and bottom skins. Counter sunk the AEX wedge on both sides to accept the top and bottom dimples. It's now ready to be glued prior to riveting. Next step is to complete the same process on the right Elevator trailing edge.
