Installed the bottom stiffeners with the able assistance of Debbie. Who held the skin open while I back-riveted the stiffeners to the skin. Then attached the counter-balance assembly to the spar. Again, Debbie helped on these four rivets by running the rivet gun while I held the bucking bar. Clecoed the bottom skin to the spar and set all the CS4-4 blind rivets. Next I riveted the two rivets top and bottom that hold the counter-weight skin and the Elevator skin together. These four rivets must be done before riveting the two end ribs to the skin.
