Drilled and deburred the #30 holes in the E-910 reimforcement plates on both spars. Clecoed the end rib and spar into the right Elevator and also clecoed on the counter balance assembly. Match-drilled all the #40 and #30 holes. Drilled the bottom spar to skin holes to #30 as I am planning to use the CS4-4 blind rivets on the bottom. Took the whole assembly apart and deburred all the holes.
