Dissassembled the HS sub-assembly and deburred all the #30 holes that had been match drilled. Cut out the jig-cradle blocks and set them up on the work bench. I fastened the blocks together and cut them out so they will be an exact match. Also used duct tape on the edges of the blocks to protect the skins. Assembled the right HS sub-assembly into the HS-901 skin. This is getting pretty exciting to actually see an airplane part starting to take shape. Next step is to match-drill all the 3/32 holes to #40.
