Finished shaping and polishing edges of HS 908 R&L. Second time around they fit the plan very nice. Next step will be drilling the 9 #30 holes in each bracket. I plan to align and clamp the two brackets together and then drill the top center alignment holes so the brackets will be as close to perfectly aligned as possible.
