Drill template was built and used to drill HS-409 flange strips. Flange strips were marked, center punched and drilled on drill press. All edges were broke and radius filed to fit bend radius of the HS-602's. HS-602's positioned on jig centerline and flange strips fixtured to maintain spacing callout in Construction manual and Drawings 3a Section B-B. HS-602's were back drilled using HS-409's as guide and cleco's used to hold assembly to work surface. Parts were disassembled, debured and riveted using CP214 Squeezer.
Using bar clamps and spacers to maintain correct spacing between HS-409's IAW note in plans.
Clecoed to fixture for final checks before riveting.
