Fitted and installed the flaperon actuator control assembly with the nylon bearing. Mounted bell crank per specs. However, I didn’t get the two AN310-6 castle nuts and simply pinned the two cranks. Clecoed the bearing rod assemble to rear fuselage and attempted to install the actuator control. There is no way that will fit. Will need to talk to ZAC on Monday.
Added the side channel extrusion to the front uprights of the rear fuselage. Drilled to A-5, removed, deburred, cleaned, and primed. Reinstalled front uprights and riveted.
