Positioned the top skin to the longerons then removed top skin from fuselage and put on table upside down. Cut and fitted “L” angles on the top skin for the vertical and diagonal brackets. Pilot drilled all of the holes for all of the “L” brackets. Updrilled the diagonal brackets for A-4 rivets. Will rivet those before I put the top skin back on the fuselage to give the skin some rigidity.
Fitted the right and left top longerons to the top skin and drilled enough pilot to secure the skin. Will need to finish all of the pilot holes later.
Updrilled the diagonal “L” brackets on the left skin. Removed brackets, deburred, cleaned and primed. Riveted diagonal brackets to left skin.
