Fitted the “L” angle braces and longerons to the bottom skin. Braces were all custom fitted, with all of the edges filed smooth. This process seems very difficult due to the thin materials that are used. Getting it in a stable situation to allow one to work on it takes some doing. I initially fitted all of the braces from the top, turn the skin over and finished fitting the braces. The instructions are not too clear on just how to do this, but method I used seem to work fairly well. The installation of the longerons were fairly straight forward and fitted well with some effort to bend the longerons slightly as you drilled and clecoed. Even so, the bottom skin with the brackets clecoed it a little flimsy; I assume that will improve once the holes are enlarged and riveted.
