Cut the holes for the two radios, the comm. and transponder. Fitted the two radio brackets together, then riveted the fronts on the brackets. Added a bracket support to the rear and make another bracket from “L” to support the back of the two brackets. Supported the front on the side with “L” angle and used clip nuts with screws from the front. All seem to be going well.
