Updrilled all to spec. Fitted spar tip and updrilled to specs.
Note: Rear root doubler was revised to 75W3-4/1. It’s longer but fits nicely. Called Roger at ZAC. The one shown on the plans and in the manual was identified as 75W3-4 and is the one on the plans and manual.
Fitted rest of skeleton, updrilled to specs., disassembled, deburred, cleaned and primed where necessary.
