Talked to Roger at ZAC on the location of the Horiz. Stabilizer as it relates to the brackets on the top of the rear fuselage. He indicated that the HZ should be moved toward the rear until the brackets on the HZ mate with the brackets on the fuselage. While the plans show the AN-3 bolts in the center of the brackets, they will be toward the rear of the brackets on the fuselage. In fact, the rear bracket on the top of the skin needs to be cut away and HS rear bracket run on the outside of the top rear skin bracket. The two side brackets would then be rotated in place for the final fit.
