Drilled #40 holes in top of spar from pilot holes in top skin. My wife helped with getting the nose skin in place so it could be fitted correctly with straps. Note that I used pieces of carpet under the ratchet and strap hooks to prevent damage to the skin. Once the nose skin was tight and in place as it should be, drilled all remaining #40 holes. Then updrilled holes to #30 except the ends. Will do those later. Surprisingly, everything seemed to match up with no warp in the wing.
