After discussion with ZAC, the rudder nose skin is supposed to be riveted on the outside. Removed rivets, and re-riveted nose skin on outside of Rudder. NOTE - This is not clear in the Constr. Manual. With the new rear brackets from ZAC, put the skin on the bottom first, and riveted. Then clecoed the top skin to the skeleton, and riveted.
