Brief Description:  Pitot & AOA

While the tubing for these two items were installed in the left wing when it was fabricated, I still needed to run the tubing from the wing to the D-100 on the instrument panel. I plan to run the tubing down the left channel behind the pilot area. It may not be as easy as it sounds as room in that area is very limited. I ran the tubing down that channel, under the seat pan and through the seat support, in route to the D-100. Looks like I have a sharp bend where the tubing enters the fuselage and I’ll use a couple of 90 deg. fittings. I had a lot of difficulty with ¼ in. tubing in ¼ in. inside diameter grommets. By pulling the tubing through the grommets, I kept pulling the grommets out. Finally, the tubing when in fine if I pulled it straight thru and used a little soapy water.
