Brief Description: Seat Back Cross Tie Hinge Installation
Mounted the upper seat back hinge to the cross tie assembly.
Layed out a line on tape 1" from the bottom of the cross tie assembly. Lined hinge holes up on this line and clamped into position to get a few #40 pilot holes drilled to secure the hinge in the proper position with clecos.
Drilled 33 #40 holes using the hinge holes as the pilots. Updrilled the #40 holes to #30, then dissassembled and deburred everything on hinge and cross tie. Reassembled with #30 copper clecoes, then riveted the hinge into final position.
Test fit the seat back assembly to the upper hinge on the cross tie assembly.
