Brief Description: Initial Fitting Of The Upper Cowling Piece
Placed tape-line marking on the insides of the lower cowling to locate the side vents.
Started the intial fitting of the upper cowling piece to the lower cowling. Removing slight amounts of the aft edge of the upper cowling allow it to slowly move rearward and begin mating up to the lower cowling piece. Again, this is a multiple-iteration trimming process. Very slight material removal so as not to remove too much material.
Removing material from the rear upper cowling edge to move the cowling aft into fitted position.
Timming to align the rear upper cowling edge to the firewall.
Slow progress being made through multiple iterations of trimming.
