Brief Description: 3D Printing The Segemnted Blister Mold Plug
After all four segments of the new blister channel mold plug were 3D printed, they were assembled to check the fit and continuity of shape. Everything looks great.
Over the last week, 3D printer time to produce the final plug was as follows:
Front segment - 14:09. Mid-Front segment - 20:08. Mid-Back segment - 19:13. Back segment - 7:58.
Segments have been assembled, and are now ready for surface prep to begin.
