Brief Description: Print Test Of The New Blister Surface Shape
Before 3D printing the huge blister channel mold plug segments (each segment used most of the allowable build space), I printed four surface panels to allow a little bit of a simulation to evaluate the fit and increased space provided by the new blister channel design shape.
After taping all four surface panels together and fitting them over the original cowling blister all appears well to continue making the final mold plug segments.
