Brief Description: Fabricating The Prop Hub Spacer
I decided to modidy the design of the prop hub spacer to incorporated the bolt hole prop bushings.
I then had to make flat bolts to thread the AN3 bolts into to allow tightening of the spacer onto the hub. I used some scrap that could be cut to approximately 1" x 1 1/8" x 1/8", then drilled and tapped a center hole for the AN3 bolts.
Checked the fit and the spacer fits snuggly onto the prop hub, and the bolts and flat nuts secure it perfectly.
