Brief Description:  Avionics Trays Final Toolpath Designs

I spent this evening reworking the avionics tray designs to make the needed adjustments for component mounting.

Placed mounting holes for nut plates to allow most of the components to be removed from the trays without having to access nuts on the back sides of the tray floors and sidewalls, allowing removal access by simply removing the HDX display(s).

Added lightening holes to reduce overall tray weight where componets were affixed and could block the lightening holes.

Moved the rows of rivet holes inboard on the bottoms by 0.25" to allow for easier riveting against the sidewalls. Also moved the rivet hole rows on the complementing sides to continue to match up.

Ready to calculate the final toolpath and take the cutting files to the CNC to produce the final trays in 0.032" 6061 T6 aluminum.
