Brief Description: Cutting Radio, Transponder And ADS-B Brackets
Cut flat brackets for the ADS-B Receiver, Transponder and COM Radio on the CNC.
Deburred the pieces, then formed the brackets on the bending brake.
Decided the brackets would be riveted to the bottom skin under the seat pan, and the harware would be secured to the brackets with screws and nutplates mounted on the mounting brackets.
Also produced aluminum hole pattern templates for drilling the holes in the bottom skin for riveting the mounting brackets in place.
