Brief Description: Complete Panel Assembly And Test Fitting
Assembled both full avionics mounting trays. Bent flanges on all mounting tray side panels. Clecoed bottom plates to side panel flanges. Drilled and deburred niut plate mounting holes, then mounted all nut plates. Coutersunk 8 holes in the panel for mounting the trays to the panel assembly. Checked the trays mounting fit, then reoved the trays to cut the openings for the two 10" displays and the 4 center mounted mini-panels. Remounted both trays to the panel. Test fit all available panel components into the masonite test panel.
