Brief Description:  Adjusting Slave Cable On Throttle Quadrants

Spent some time adjusting the two ends of the slave cable between the main and slave throttle quadrants.

Adjustment goal was to run the main (pilot) throttle such that the lever pulled all the way aft had the AeroInjector throttle slide fully closed, and when the lever was all the way forward, with the lever stopping against the throttle frame, the AeroInjector throttle slide would be fully open.

Once this was achieved with the locking point of the braided throttle cable, the retainer locknut was installed.

I then started adjusting the solid wire slave cable lockdown points to set the slave throttle lever such that it matched the pilot's main throttle lever. When completed, both throttle quadrants levers were at wide open throttle (WOT) when the lever was forward against the frame stop, and fully closed at lowest idle when pulled aft as far as the lever would go.

I had to work to find the tightest locking of the cable that would still allow the lockscrew to swivel in the lever as it was moved fore and aft.

Finally achieved this goal, then installed the retainer locknuts on each solid wire cable end.
