Brief Description: Adjustment To Panel For Content, Fit & Position
Added approximated cutouts for the "EFIS DATA" USB ports. These will be adjusted for final fit once I have them to test the opening fit to the devices.
I decided to reduce the load on the electrical system by eliminating the heated seats. The Pilot and Passenger seat heat toggle switches were removed, as was the recently added vertical label for "HI - OFF - LO", as the "PITOT HEAT" toggle switch is simply on or off.
I believe this is the current final layout that I will go back to Dynon with to begin to finalize the avionics order.
My last big question is the position of the mixture control on the panel. This extends a good 6 inches behind the panel, then the flexible cable must bend to go under the fuel tank. I've set up a simulated cable bend/position, and it appears it will be fine, but I'm not sure I'll know for sure until I cut the hole and mount it, then see how the cable housing makes the run to go through the firewall and on to the AeroInjector.
