Brief Description:  Mounting AeroInjector And Running Fuel Lines

Mounted the AeroInjector to the Jabiru 3300 Gen 4 fuel intake manifold with a 3.5" piece of fuel filler hose. This gave a 2" separation between the two intake mounting flanges, and positioned the AeroInjector w/filter as far aft as possible to still miss vibration contact with struts on the engine mount, as well as position the fule line attachment points to also miss any contact/rub points.

Cut the fule line to go from the gascolator output port to the AeroInjector input port and attached the fittings. I used a straight fitting coming out of the gascolator, with a 45 degree fitting at the AeroInjector to allow the best routing of the fule line through the engine mount support support struts. I will but some padded brackets to lock the fuel line in position on a engine mount support strut to prevent excessive vibration.

Firefall forward portion of the fuel system is now dry-fit. Ready to dissassemble and reassemble with teflon paste sealant to seal the lines.
