Cut final gascolator mounting bracket flat form from 6061 T6 0.032” sheet stock. Bent gascolator mounting bracket flat form into final bracket, ready to position on the firewall and mount the gascolator.

The unbent flat part cutout for the gascolator mounting bracket.

Brake bending the gascolator bracket to shaped form.

The bent and completed gascolator nounting bracket with gascolator, line fittings and drain valve.
