Brief Description: Assembling Oil Cooler Components

Started on oil cooler by trimming off bottom flange on front bottom edge. Fit oil cooler bracket to engine intake and drilled. Deburred oil cooler baffle. Loosely mounted the oil cooler baffle to the oil cooler. Mounted this oil cooler assembly to the bottom of the engine intake.

Trimming the lower front edge flange off the oil cooler.

Cooler and intake maounting brackets attached to the cooler.

Oil cooler and baffle assembly test fit to the engine intake.
