Fabricated oil cooler mounting bracket SNX-P20-42. Cut to proper widths, then drilled the #40 pilot holes in specified position. Up-drilled to 9/32”, then deburred all edges and holes. SNX-P20-42 oil cooler mounting bracket complete.
Fabricated SNX-P20-43L/R oil cooler mounting brackets. Cut 1" angle down to 3/4" on one side. Marked and drilled holes on this side per the plans. Cut corners off on the other angle side. Removed specified area between holes on the holed angle side.
Trimmed and radiused 1/8" area into corner of the angle. Deburred all edges and holes to complete SNX-P20-43L/R oil cooler mounting brackets.
Drilling 9/32" holes to complete SNX-P20-42 oil cooler bracket.
Bracket hogged-out between holes.
Cleared-out area between holes final rounded out and radiused per plans.
