Brief Description: Drilling & Dimpling Battery Box Retaining Strap

Pilot drilled #40 holes, updrilled to 1/8" holes, then dimpled the holes for flush riveting on the battery box retaining strap. Repeated this process for the retaining hinge that mounts to the top front edge of the battery box that the retaining strap attaches to.

Initial #40 pilot hole placement and drilling on the retaining strap.

Battery box retaining strap drilled and dimpled, reay for flush rivets.

Battery box retaining strap front hinge drilled and dimpled, ready for flush rivets.
