Brief Description: Converting Flap Drive Tube For Rev 4 Actuator

Removed flap drive tube. Layed out a cut template to modify the flap drive tube and marked the tube with cut lines per SNB-C04-11 CONVERT design modification. Using a Dremel cut off wheel, began cutting the end of the flap tube drive arm to the new design. Completed the cut work and deburred/dressed the exposed edges. Reinstalled the flap drive tube. Temporarily connected the flap drive tube to the flap linear actuator and tested movement.

Laying out the template to tansfer cut lines to the flap drive arm end.

Cutting/shaping the flap drive arm end to the new design for the shorter stroke actuator.

Final design conversion mounted and operating great.
