Brief Description: Balancing The Ailerons

Built two 2x4 frames for benchtop balancing of the ailerons. Rigged wires and hung ailerons parrallel with train=ling edges side-by-side. Ailerons are out of balance, due to the lead counter balance weights being too light. Need to add weight to the counter balance weights to raise the bottom sides of the ailerons to be level and even with each other.

Outboard edges match perfectly when level on the workbench surface.

Frames used to rig the ailerons for balancing to one another.

A little weight needs to be added to the lead weights to bring the trailing edges up slightly.
