Broke two #40 bits drilling the lead weight between the plates. Pre-bored with 11/64 bit, drilling halfway from each side, then finishing the hole with a single pass through with an 3/16 bit size.
Drilled and mounted lead counter balance weight on counter balance assembly SNB-$03-03R.
Completely deburred the left aileron skin and reassembled the left aileron with copper clecos for final riveting.
Riveted and completed the SNB-W03-03L left aileron.
Initial drilling of the lead counter balance weight for the right aileron.
